Will I be charged duties and taxes?
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Unfortunately, Pompous Peacock does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be as they vary by country and by items. Efforts will be made to mark items as gifts and of low value. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please note, we’re not able to reimburse you for any duties or taxes paid upon delivery.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
The shipping and processing times depend on the items being ordered. All items that are in stock are usually processed for shipping within 3 business days from the date ordered. Shipping times may vary depending on method of shipping. Express Shipping average delivery time is 7-10 days. Regular postal delivery worldwide is 15-30 days. We always try to process your orders as quickly as we can and we always ship express which can take 5-10 days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. If you have not received an email with delivery information, feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
There is something wrong with my package or item(s)!
Our apologies! Sometimes, packages can be damaged during delivery and we are so sorry if that happens to you! We are more than happy to send a replacement
Do you offer free returns?
Yes, we do but please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy here.
Can I have my shipping refunded?
We’re unable to refund original shipping fees on any orders. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
How do I start the return process?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your item(s) for refund, it can take up to 7-10 business days for the your refund to be processed. In the meanwhile, we will be in constant contact keeping you informed regarding the status of your refund, store credit or replacement.
Do you have an actual store I can come visit?
We do not. No brick & mortar for us. We run everything on our website exclusively in order to eliminate the extra costs that comes with physical storefronts as well as the presence of middlemen and agents. This is how we keep our costs low to you :)

A little TLC helps preserve your jewellery. Whenever possible, please keep your jewellery stored safely. This helps prevent any scratching or oxidation. Always remove your jewellery when applying perfume, lotions or sprays. Always remove jewellery when handling water.
